500g lamb chops (or other stew meat) - browned and chopped
2 large potatoes - peeled and chopped
2 onion - peeled and chopped
1 can tomato soup
1 can peas
1 can beans
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 can baked beans
Mix all in the slow cooker and cook on low all day. Of course we have very few left overs but this looks like it would freeze well too.
